wedding flowers

Elevate your wedding with local, seasonal flowers inspired by the wild beauty of nature. I will work closely with you to curate designs tailored to your personal style, colour palette and budget. I specialise in Australian native wildflowers but also work with other seasonal flowers that are grown on our farm and that fit my style.

sustainable floristry

I became a sustainable florist in 2023; switching from traditional floristry methods to earth-friendly alternatives. All my floral designs are free of imported flowers and toxic floral foam (oasis). Instead, I choose to work with locally grown, seasonal flowers and sustainable materials (natural, recycled or reusable).

Traditional florists use oasis as a water source to keep flowers fresh in installations. One block of oasis contains the amount of microplastics equivalent to approximately 10 plastic carrier bags. These microplastics are released into our waterways, rivers, oceans and our bodies. Instead of oasis, I use sphagnum as a water source which is encaged in recycled and reusable chicken wire at the base of all my floral installations.

aM I the right florist for you?

Whilst I make every effort to fulfil all your wedding flower dreams, working only with local, seasonal flowers means that I can never guarantee a specific flower variety. Mother Nature has a mind of her own and flower availability can differ from year to year depending on seasonal growing conditions. If, on the rare occasion, a flower becomes unavailable I will select a suitable replacement without compromising the vibe of the design. This means that a little bit of flexibility and trust is required on your part. While I may not be able to guarantee flower species, the wow factor is 100% guaranteed!

If you dig my vibe and share my values then I would love to collaborate with you on your wedding flowers. I’m going to break down the process of working with me…

  1. Check out my wedding flowers price list and select your items.

  2. Complete a contact form including a list of all your required items and as much information as possible about your wedding and the vision you have for your wedding flowers (style, colours etc.) I understand that you may still be in the planning stage and that is ok! Just fill in what you can and let me know if you would like me to offer suggestions or provide information on what will be in season on your wedding date.

  3. I will respond to your enquiry via email requesting any additional information if required. A phone chat will be arranged if you would like to do a vibe check or if I require complex or extensive information about your requested design.

  4. After I have gathered enough information I will provide you with a custom quote.

  5. Once I receive written acceptance of the quote, I will create a personalised mood board to give you a visual insight into your wedding flowers.

  6. A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking and an invoice will be issued upon your acceptance of the quote.

  7. A payment plan will be negotiated for the remaining balance with the final payment being required 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.

  8. We will have a phone or on-site meeting before your final payment is made to ensure that none of the details of your booking have changed.

  9. Watch your wedding flower dreams come to life on your special day!
