Elevate your wedding with stunning seasonal flowers grown locally on the Run Wild Flower Farm, just one hour north of Perth in WA’s Moore River region.. Specialising in Australian native wildflowers, flower farmer and floral designer Hayley Reid works closely with her couples to curate floral designs tailored to their specific requirements, personal style, colour palette and budget. Hayley draws inspiration from the wild, untamed beauty of nature to create romantic and striking bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony flowers, table flowers, large floral installations and much more!

OUR SUSTAINABLE VALUES

Hayley crafts all her floral designs with a deep consideration for the planet, her health and the health of her clients. She began practicing sustainable floristry in 2023; switching from traditional floristry methods and seeking earth-friendly alternatives. All her designs are free of imported flowers, plastic, elastic bands and toxic floral foam (oasis). Instead, she chooses to work with locally grown, seasonal, spray-free flowers and natural, recycled or reusable materials.

Traditional florists use oasis to keep flowers fresh in installations. However, one block of oasis contains the amount of microplastics equivalent to approximately 10 plastic carry bags. These microplastics are released into waterways, rivers, oceans and our bodies which is why you will never find oasis in any of Hayley’s creations. Instead, Hayley chooses to use sustainable alternatives. She uses sphagnum moss encaged in recycled and reusable chicken wire as a water source at the base of her floral installations and sand as the foundation of her dried arrangements.

Whilst every effort is made to fulfil all your wedding flower dreams, working only with local, seasonal flowers means that we can never guarantee a specific flower variety. Mother Nature has a mind of her own and flower availability can differ from year to year depending on seasonal growing conditions. If a flower becomes unavailable, a suitable replacement will be selected..This means that a little bit of flexibility and trust is required on your part. While we may not be able to guarantee specific flowers, we absolutely guarantee the vibe and style of your wedding flowers and ensure that the overall aesthetic is never compromised when selecting alternatives.

  • Check out my wedding flowers price list.

  • Complete a contact form to get the ball rolling.

  • You will then receive a wedding enquiry form via email requesting information on your wedding plans, style, and specific requirements. I understand that you may still be in the planning stage and not have all the answers just yet. That is totally fine! Just fill in what you can and let me know if you would like me to offer suggestions or provide information on what will be in season on your wedding date.

  • Once I have enough information, I will provide you with a custom quote..

  • If you are happy with the quote, I will create a personalised mood board giving you a visual insight into the details of your wedding flowers including the colour palette, design style and flower selections. .

  • An invoice will be issued for the 10% deposit required to secure your booking..This payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • A payment plan will be negotiated for the remaining balance. We offer weekly, monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly payment options with the final payment required 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.

  • A phone chat or on-site meeting will be occur before your final payment is due to ensure that none of the details of your booking have changed.
